How It Works
So...how does it work?
Our products are fully bespoke.They are all digital templates created in Canva and you will need free Canva account to access your template. We also design and customise everything for you if you don't know how to use Canva, but have in mind different prices might apply. At the moment, we are only creating digital stationery that is print-ready, but we hope, in the future, we will be able to offer you printed invitations aswell.
To purchase our products, search for the invitations style you like and purchase it. Once your order is through, you will get an email with a PDF file that contains link to your template.
If our talented in-house designers are doing the work for you, please give us 2-3 days to do so. If there are any delays with customising your order, we will notify you. Once we finish your order and send it back to you, you can then go to a print shop printing your product or share it digitally if you wish so.
Custom Orders
On our website we offer already premade design of invitations. If you didn't find what you like and you would like us to create something completely new for you, we do that too, but have in mind that prices might be different.
After our initial free consultation we will follow with detailed design brief and your quote. A £25 deposit is required before we begin any custom orders. If you are happy with the given quote and the £25 deposit is paid, we will proceed with your order.
We will then email you our order form, which will need to be filled out and sent back to us to begin. Give us approx 10 working days for your first initial design.
2 revisions are included free and thereafter a fee of £10 will be applied per any additional revision.
When your final artwork is approved, a full quote will be required. Once payment has been received in full, we will sent you our final custom order.
