General

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with Bridezilla Weddings. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, Bridezilla Weddings will not be able to supply goods and services to you.

Bridezilla Weddings reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website. All orders placed with Bridezilla Weddings will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Bridezilla Weddings reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.

Copyright

All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of Bridezilla Weddings, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Bridezilla Weddings

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the words of hymns or poems, images or photographs which are to be featured in the stationery unless they are personal photos which is the property of the client.

Bridezilla Weddings reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote our products and services. However, we will never share any of your contact details with third parties.

We retain the right to use artwork or elements from our designs for marketing, advertising and on other products not just limited to stationery.

Custom Orders and Revisions

Proofs will be sent via email, approx 7 working days after your order is placed. We will follow with great detail the design brief or specifications you give us. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors Bridezilla Weddings takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. It is therefore of the utmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs.

Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print off all proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. Please bare in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional print press therefore the colours may differ slightly.

Please be aware that any major changes to the design at this stage may incur a further design fee. Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is accepted via email.  We will forward this to you via email to be completed and returned confirming that you are happy for us to send you your final design. If you decide to change the design completely after your design has been sent to you, an additional fee of £50 would apply.

Returns & Refunds

If you believe the product to be faulty due to an error on our part, please notify us in writing with the details within 6 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your order back, we will investigate the issue and reply to you with our decision within 7 working days. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Bridezilla Weddings we will of course correct your stationery. Due to the nature of digital products we are might be unable to refund your order so please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Prices

All our prices are visible on our website at all times and quotes we send out are got from our website. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 

Order Timeline & Payments

Custom orders:

A £25 deposit is required before we begin any custom orders. We will then email you our order form, which will need to filled out and sent back to us to begin. You can also contact our studio on our email address bridezillaweddings.info@gmail.com

Once we received your deposit and order form, we will schedule and start customising your order.

Give us approx 10 working days for your first initial design.
2 revisions are included free and thereafter a fee of £10 will be applied per any additional revision.

When your final artwork is approved, a full quote will be required. Once payment has been received in full, we will sent you our final custom order. Bridezilla Weddings cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.

Ordering from the website:

Please give us 2-3 working days to personalise your orders if you ordered premade design from our website.

We will always try to accommodate tighter timescales if we can, please let us know if you have a deadline and we will do our utmost best to meet this.
